The solution is to update a “status” entry in the Drupal Database. Access your Drupal database either from the Mysql prompt OR using a 3rd party application like phpMyAdmin.<\/p>\n
1)<\/strong><\/span> Open the table called “System”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
2)<\/strong><\/span> Search for the entry “modules\/user\/user.module”<\/strong> in the “filename” column<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
3)<\/strong><\/span> Change the value of ‘status’ variable from 0 to 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
4)<\/strong><\/span> Save.<\/p>\n
