Message cannot be delivered and error “Unable to stat entry ‘\/usr\/local\/psa\/handlers\/info\/10-spam-0gemCa\/executable’<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You see the above error message in the mail logs because the configuration of the handlers i.e. 10-spam-0gemCa are broken<\/strong>. In this case, you need to either delete them OR move them elsewhere so that you can recreate the configuration by using the ‘mchk’ utility of Plesk<\/p>\n

Solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Stop the mail service<\/strong><\/p>\n

# mkdir <\/strong>\/usr\/local\/temp<\/strong><\/span><\/pre>\n<\/blockquote>\n

# cp -a \/usr\/local\/psa\/handlers\/before-* \/usr\/local\/temp\/<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/pre>\n
# cp -a \/usr\/local\/psa\/handlers\/info \/usr\/local\/temp\/<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/pre>\n<\/blockquote>\n
3. Remove the handlers<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
\n
# rm -rf <\/span>\/usr\/local\/psa\/handlers\/before-*\/*<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/pre>\n
# rm -rf \/usr\/local\/psa\/handlers\/info\/*<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/pre>\n<\/blockquote>\n
4. Recreate handlers using mchk utility<\/strong><\/p>\n

# \/usr\/local\/psa\/admin\/sbin\/mchk --with-spam<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/pre>\n<\/blockquote>\n
